Restore the Full Game

Open Hero, then Settings, then Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase, with an internet connection. Gold packs and used consumables can’t be restored.

Purchases aren’t available

Check your internet connection and App Store account, then reopen the game. Buying and restoring need a connection; everything else plays offline. For billing and refunds, use Apple’s purchase support.

What’s free

The first region, Whispering Woods, and the daily challenge are free. The Full Game is a one-time purchase that opens Crystal Caverns and Frosted Peaks. Gold packs are optional and don’t unlock regions.

Game progress

Progress is saved on your device. There is no game account, so progress doesn’t sync between devices. Resetting progress removes local progress and consumable balances.

Language, audio and reminders

Open Hero → Settings to switch between English, Svenska, Español, Deutsch and Français, turn music and sound on or off, make text larger, or set the daily reminder.
